All TRADE PARTNERS attending X INDUSTRY EVENT at DPRTMNT on March 4, 2026, shall comply with and agree to the rules and terms of participation linked here.

• This is a FREE event exclusive to 19+ verified Trade Partner (Current Hospitality Industry Employees ONLY).
• Ticket quantities are limited.
• Capacity for this event is limited and subject to availability at the time of arrival on a first come, first served basis. Your ticket does not guarantee entrance to the event or venue.
• Entry will not be granted to minors or non-verified attendees.
• Attendees must show a QR code ticket to gain entry.

Exclusive Trade Event. One ticket per person. No plus ones. Open to Current Hospitality Industry Staff ONLY. Must be 19+ to attend.

REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

All attendees must:

• Register through our online booking portal using a valid method of identification and verification.
• Be 19+ verified Trade Partner (Current Hospitality Industry Employee).
• Submit full name, email, date of birth, and confirm employment status at registration.
• Be limited to one attendee registration. No plus ones.
• Acknowledge up to 1,200 attendees will be accommodated in the venue at one time. Wait times for entry may vary.

QR CODE TICKET & SMS REMINDERS

Once registered attendees will receive QR code ticket via SMS.

Attendees will receive an SMS reminder 24 hours before the event date.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

• All attendees must present valid government-issued photo ID and your QR code ticket to be scanned upon entry.
• This is a FREE event.
• Capacity for this event is limited and subject to availability at the time of arrival on a first come, first served basis. Your ticket does not guarantee entrance to the event or venue.
• Wait times for entry may vary.
• Entry will be denied to anyone who is not a 19+ verified Trade Industry Employee and/or who fail to bring valid ID.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

We aim to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. To ensure a premium experience for all attendees, please observe the following:

• Attendees must be 19+ verified Trade Partners (Current Hospitality Employees ONLY).
• No minors or unregistered attendees permitted.
• No outside food or drinks.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
• No drugs or prohibited substances allowed.
• No sharp objects or weapons permitted.
• Disruptive or intoxicated attendees may be refused entry or asked to leave.
• Event staff reserve the right to remove attendees at their discretion.
• X Industry is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

ASSUMED RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES

By attending the X Industry Event, attendees acknowledge and accept that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Pulp & Fiber Inc. operating as Community, and its venue, talent, client and vendor partners assume no liability for injury, loss, or incidents resulting from the attendee’s own actions, consumption, or failure to follow event protocols.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any attendee displaying inappropriate behavior or posing a safety risk to others.

INJURY & MEDICAL SUPPORT

In the case of illness or injury during the event, on-site staff will coordinate emergency response and medical assistance as needed.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

All hot snacks and beverages will be prepared and served by our approved partners in accordance with provincial health and safety guidelines.

Food:

• No outside food allowed.
• All dishes are prepared in accordance with provincial food safety standards.

Beverage:

• No outside drinks permitted.
• All beverages will be served by trained staff in accordance with provincial alcohol regulations.
• Non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• All food and beverage handling follows Ontario’s public health and safety regulations
• In case of medical issues or emergencies, staff will assist in coordinating appropriate response

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

• By attending the event you give permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise be included in a video for promotional or informational reasons.

Must be 19+ verified Trade Partner (Current Hospitality Industry Employee). Proof of age and eligibility will be required. No exceptions.

Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide during the registration process for the X INDUSTRY EVENT is collected solely for the purpose of confirming your attendance and managing your participation in this specific event.

We want to reassure you of the following:

• • Your personal information will not be used for any future marketing purposes by Pulp & Fiber Inc. operating as Community or any of their talent, client, venue, vendor partners or affiliate agencies.
  • You will not receive any promotional or marketing communications as a result of registering for this event.
  • The details collected — including name, email, date of birth, and confirmation employment status — are used exclusively to:
    • Verify attendance eligibility
    • Confirm attendance
    • Provide necessary event details (e.g., reminders, updates, or last-minute changes related to the specific event you registered for)

Your data will not be retained or reused for any future event communications beyond this single engagement.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

By attending, observing or participating in X INDUSTRY EVENT You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that (a) Pulp & Fiber Inc. operating as Community and Its affiliated CLIENT partners and agencies (b) the owner of the venue of the Activity, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for any injury, property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the above released parties, (collectively, the “Released Claims”). BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH YOU, YOUR HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON YOUR BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
